We absolutely love Boxford Animal Hospital and cannot recommend them highly enough. We bring our two cats here, and every experience has been exceptional.

What stands out most is how incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming everyone is. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell this is a team of people who genuinely love animals and truly care about the work they do. They treat our cats with so much patience, compassion, and attention, and they always take the time to make sure we feel comfortable and informed as pet owners.

Our cats aren’t simply patients being moved through an appointment. The veterinarians and staff genuinely care about them, their comfort, and their well-being, and that means everything to us.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Hiler, Katie, Emma, and Myka. They are all absolutely incredible — they truly go above and beyond for my dog every single time we walk through the door.

Dr. Hiler never makes me feel rushed, always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, and genuinely cares about my dog’s overall wellbeing. It’s rare to find a vet who makes both the pet AND the owner feel so at ease — and if you’re looking for a veterinarian you can truly trust, schedule directly with her. You will not regret it. And Katie, Emma, and Myka? They treat my dog like he’s their own. You can just tell how much they love what they do.

I brought my parents’ cat here and I’m so impressed with Dr. Hiler and Myka! We came in last week and they redid the small room and it’s so cute and even has a cat tree! I love the care and attention to detail Dr. Hiler gives our cat and how she spends time explaining all the things she’s doing and the options we have. And I know our cat can be so crazy and Myka did an amazing job handling her and talking to her! It was so, so sweet! If we get another cat (and I’m hoping we do!), we will be requesting Dr. Hiler!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hiler. She has taken care of my babies and made me feel comfortable bringing them somewhere to be cared for. I was there in January for my dogs annual appointment. It was our first time there. We saw Dr. Hiler. She was very thorough, and informative. My dog was clearly anxious and the Dr sat on the floor with her the for the entire appointment. We will definitely be back for everything.

Always a great experience at Boxford Animal Hospital! Dr Hiler is attentive and patient. We never feel rushed! Katie and the vet techs are caring and TRULY love our pets.

The new “dedicated cat room” proved to be a great thing for today’s visit. Nala was calmer (I think from not smelling so many scents). Normally when we get home from the vet with one cat, the other will pick up on the scents from the vet, the room etc. Today was different! No fighting. No hissing. I believe because of that experience in the room.
